The Lake Buena Vista Resort Story…

The Lake Buena Vista Resort Village & Spa was conceived as an integrated vacation destination. The shopping component of the Resort Village, Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores comprises 238,000 square feet (22,111 square meters) of manufacturer outlet stores, which feature designer and popular brand names at discounts up to 70%. Major tenants include Calvin Klein, Nike, Gap, Tommy Hilfiger, Nine West, Vanity Fair, Ann Taylor LOFT, Reebok, Carters, Guess, Under Armour and Aeropostale.

The first phase of the resort hotel consisting of 174 condo/hotel units was completed in 2006. The two 8-story buildings contain 2, 3 and 4 bedroom spacious, fully-furnished condominiums, Frankie Farrell’s Irish Pub & Grille, Pizza Hut Café Express and convenience store. Two 15-story, high-rise buildings were completed in 2007, each comprising 152 units, many with superb views of the fireworks from Disney World, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld.
